Refund Policy

  our refund policy is as follows:

1. Consulting Services

Non-Refundable Fees: Payments made for completed consulting sessions, deliverables, or work already performed are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Clients may cancel scheduled consulting sessions with at leas 5 business days’ notice for a full refund of unused pre-paid fees.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 2 business days before the scheduled session, or failure to attend, may result in forfeiture of fees.
